Recently,I gave only infomation of staff schedule and event,shop infomation.
I didn't write day-to-day event and Japanease culture awhile.
But I had many day-to-day news and interesting thing happen.There were too much to write.
I couldn't write it because I have been busy...I'm still going on now.
I have to manage La Siora,Bar AMARCORD,Le Donjon...very busy and hard!!
But...
I'm having a cracking good time always!!

Our staff are good and funny,I'm lucky!
But we are still pretty wet behind the ears.We have to learn all aspects of the operation and make a big happy for our customers and ourself.
There is still much to be done for me.

To have fun...it is hard job.
Today,we arganized [flowing noodles(So-men)]party at [Bar AMARCORD].

"Flowing noodles"is rare.
It was first time for many customers and our staff in this time.Me also.
Normally,we eat it in a bowl of water and ice.
We seek cool air and eat it.It is evoke a summery image.
Almost Japanease take delight in elegant pursuits.

We have many evoke a summery image.

To get back to what I was saying"Flowing noodles".
If Japanease we eat So-men,the best is "Flowing noodles."
But it is rarity in an industry in our personal life,modern life.
To make "Flowing noodles"is a big job!

This is made by bamboo.
We have to make it when we want to eat flowing noodles.
There are flowing noodles machine now,but it is not elegant aestheticism.

And we need two friends at least when we eat it.
One people flow noodles,more one people eat it.But it is not enough!


The more the merrier.
We had fun so much!!


Special chage for flowing noodles is Yen2,000-.(all-you-can-possibly-eat)
But as if this isn't enough.I got ready lot present for joinning customers.

(But you can enjoy this pain for a week.loooool)
We will floeing noodles party tomorrow also.
Of course,I will get ready present.Heven is champagne bottle.

Now,end of September.Summer was at an end.
(Now is autum according to the old calendar...but today was hot!)
Today we said "Bye-bye,Summer".
Tomorrow,we will say "Hello,autumn".

Tomorrow will Jyu-go-ya(the fifteenth night).
Japanease people will enjoy [Tukimi(moon viewing)].
Let's have fun flowing noodles and moon viewing party all together tomorrow!!
