I saw terrible story in the news in Japan.It was blockbuster today.

A dog was buried alive and the dog come out only head.
Neighbors awaked bowwow and called the police so,the dog assisted.But the dog was worn out...
I had spine-tingling sensation and felt the arm trembling with anger to hear the news.

The dog's owner was found and the dog got a new lease on life.It was lucky it wasn't worse.
(The owner was not criminal.Someone got away the dog.)
I hope that the police find out a criminal...but Japanease police won't make a concerted effort to capture the criminal.
If even the police can catch the culprit,the culprit is charged in just criminal damage.It is too lesser!!

There are too much officialdom in Japan.They waste tax revenues.
Do you know?
Japanease turnpike is expensive,but freeway was made in Okinawa.
But we must to stop every fixed distance in the freeway.
Why must we stop?
We must get ticket and show our ticket at every tollgate.
Of couese,this is freeway.
This system is pointless system for officialdom.
Japanease politician don't cut the number of officialdom even if IMF gave advice to Japan.

Let it be so,I hope that they use taxpayers' money for animal or positive things!!
